Each artwork is custom-made specifically for you. However, if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com. We will work with you on making things right.

Returns & Replacement
If you received the wrong item or your item is defective, we offer a replacement. This is when the item you received is significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you.
We offer a replacement if damaged is due to the fault of our printing or the carrier. You do not need to return the defective item.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
All artwork is custom-made to order. You will receive proof to approve or request revisions within 72 hours of placing your order. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours of the proof email being sent, you will receive a follow-up email. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of the follow-up, we will automatically send your portrait to printing as-is.
Be sure to add email@example.com to your contacts to ensure delivery to your inbox. Our email address may end up in your spam or junk folder.

Failing to preview the design carefully to see if it’s all correct. All of our printing files are automatically generated exactly as same as the preview sent to you.

PROOFS - 3 Days or less
BELLE ART DESIGN is proud to offer free artwork proofs on all orders. You will receive an email with your proof within 3 days after the date of your order and may request revisions until you are satisfied with your artwork. Note, during holiday times, your proof may be delayed up to 5 days.
PRODUCTION - 4-7 Days
Once you approve your artwork, we will immediately send your artwork into production, quality control, and prepare it for shipping.
SHIPPING - 5-10 Days
Once your artwork is printed, framed (if applicable) and securely packaged, we hand it off to one of our trusted shipping providers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Australia Post, Royal Mail). Depending on your location, shipping time will vary.
We offer free shipping within the USA on orders over $100.
The customer will choose the shipping option at check out.
Standard Shipping cost depending on your location within the USA is usually $4.90 for print only protected in a mailing envelope or tube and $9.90 for heavier items.
