This depends on your image. If you sent a landscape photo, more likely your illustration will also be in landscape.

We draw artwork based on the pictures and information you provide at the time of purchase. If you provide additional pictures or information later, there will be an extra charge depending on what it is. To avoid paying extra charges, provide all the information and pictures at the time of purchase and before we begin working on your artwork.
You will receive an email with your sample artwork within 3-5 days for your approval. If you are happy then we will proceed to printing and framing. Delivery might take 5-20 days depending on where you are located.
Typically, our turn-around time for sending proofs is 3-5 days. If you haven't received your proof after this period, please get in touch with us. We strive to ensure that every customer receives their proof within 5 days. If by the sixth day you haven't heard from us, it's advisable to contact us to ensure everything is on track. Unforeseen circumstances may have happened, or there might be an issue with your order, although we always aim to communicate any such matters promptly.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. In case you have not received shipping notification email after estimated processing time, please contact us.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and a brief note describing the issue with your shipment. If you have received a damaged item, please include a photo that clearly shows the product defect so that we may investigate the underlying cause of the issue. As we recognize that this is an issue we created, we will be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
